Your present skillset: PhD in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field) with a strong research background Experience managing or contributing to academic collaborations, research programmes, or university partnerships Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior academics and researchers Strong understanding of how leading research institutions structure external collaborations Ability to shape and manage complex academic partnerships across institutions and regions Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in evolving or ambiguous environments Experience working in globally distributed or research-intensive environments is advantageous Strong engagement with research and the academic ecosystem QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
