What We Look For In You
Extensive in-house recruiting experience, with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals
English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions
Nice to Haves
Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units simultaneously
Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment
Comfort with hiring metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for candidate and hiring manager experience
Genuine belief in blockchain and cryptocurrency
