(I) A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related subject or a qualification from a Hong Kong university or equivalent (obtained in 2026 or after), which satisfies the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Electrical discipline of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and for admission into the HKIE Training Scheme “A” in the Electrical discipline; and (II) Be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of engagement unless specified otherwise.
