Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
Chartered status (MHKIE, MICE, MIStructE or equivalent).
Typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience delivering transportation, rail, highway or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong engineering practices and approval processes.
Commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
Ability to lead, mentor and inspire project teams.
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
