What You Will Need
8+ years of total experience in software quality engineering and test automation, including experience a team leadership or strategic management capacity.
Proven track record of scaling test automation platforms, CI/CD integrations, and flaky-test management policies across multi-service SaaS products.
Demonstrated experience designing tiered regression strategies that maintain fast deployment velocity without compromising quality coverage.
Strong ability to communicate technical software issues in terms of business impact and user experience to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience operating in agile, fast-paced shipping environments with rapid feature turnarounds and evolving specifications.
Deep conviction in quality governance and the authority to confidently evaluate and gate releases when quality standards are not met.
