工作內容
- 开展项目前期研究并协助报告编制
- 按概念、方案、施工图及招标阶段出图和协调
- 与工程、结构及顾问配合并提交审批文件
- 跟进合同与后续问题，必要时现场走访
職位要求
- 具备RIBA Parts 1/2或同等学历
- 注册建筑师或原籍国同等资格
- 熟练AutoCAD、Photoshop和3D Max
- 英语书面与口语能力优秀

Education and Training Degree educated – RIBA Parts 1, and/or 2 or equivalent Registered architect – ARB or equivalent in country of origin RIBA or equivalent membership preferred Excellent design skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max Excellent command of written and spoken English Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese are highly desirable Experience At least 4 years’ experience Previous experience in high-rise building design and construction is advantageous Previous experience in an office environment working as part of a team is preferred Personal Qualities An enthusiasm for design and the built environment An ambitious personality, capable of achieving Pro-active in turning up solutions to design related issues and can provide quick manual sketches for better understanding of proportions, spatial arrangements, etc Able to multi-task and work independently and without supervision Ability to delegate work laterally to other members of the team as required Detail oriented with a strong attention to detail Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Able to work as part of a team and to motivate others
