- 参与估值和咨询项目并按时完成报告

Skills that would help you excel in the role: Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or other related disciplines 2+ years of relevant experience in property valuation in Hong Kong or APAC markets. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager level Experience gained from a commercial real estate consultancy or public housing and land authorities will be an advantage Professional qualification or progress towards RICS / HKIS membership is highly regarded Strong analytical, numerical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and prepare well-supported valuation opinions Detail-minded, organised and able to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in another Asian language would be an advantage.
