Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in insurance or banking, with exposure to Compliance, Risk Management, Internal controls, Audit and sound knowledge of HK Insurance, Wealth business and related regulations.
Excellent communication skills to foster a good relationship with the local regulators and the business lines and functions.
Strong understanding of risk and control methodologies and toolkits (e.g., Risk and Control Assessment, Control testing, Issue and Incident Management etc.). Proven ability to design, assess, and improve controls. Right judgment about the local regulatory requirements, Group policy requirements and good business vision, decision-making capability.
Excellent stakeholder management, ability to influence and to drive changes. A good team player.
Strong business sense, self-motivated with logical and positive thinking, interpersonal and analytical skills; able to translate complex risk topics into clear actions
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
