Eligibility Criteria To be eligible, you must: Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards Have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 Degree classification or higher or overseas equivalent to this Will have completed studies by July 2027 Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years’ full-time work experience , or be due to graduate by July 2027 Be fluent in English , knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong You can apply in the system for one graduate role per recruitment cycle across Hang Seng and HSBC. However, your application can also be considered for other suitable graduate opportunities across Hang Seng and HSBC.
