Requirements
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years' working experience in the banking and/or insurance company, preferably with strategy and planning, sales analytics experience
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Good knowledge of banking business, with strong business acumen and numerical sense. Experience in insurance business is advantegeous
Self-driven, with the ability to solve problems with conceptual and analytical capabilities to deal with ambuiguities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting
Proficiency in MS Office, Access for data analysis and presentation purposes
Excellent written, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills & high proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
