Requirements: 1-3 years of working experience in financial markets, with strong financial literacy and analytical skills Trained to think rigorously about businesses and numbers Genuine interest in products. Understanding products including but not limited to spot/perps exchanges, RWA / tokenized-asset platform, prediction market, AI Practical fluency with AI productivity tools. You use LLMs daily to research, draft, model and automate, and can point to work you have accelerated or built.
