About You Have 10+ years of experience with a broker or local securities firm, ideally in a prime, execution, financing or treasury-focused role Have a solid understanding of the complexities of the China market Organised with strong project management skills; detail-oriented and able to handle competing priorities Enjoy working with people, and can communicate effectively with various audiences Proactive; can think strategically and turn ideas into action Professional, reliable and courteous Willing to travel regularly to meet with counterparties onshore Strong verbal and written communicator Fluent in Mandarin and English If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to [email protected].
