To be successful you will need: Tertiary or university level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline Solid experience in life insurance, preferably in Bancassurance Extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge Insurance related license are required, including Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1,7,8 and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3,5 and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements Good level of verbal English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational and presentation skills Strong drive and great sense of ownership and self-initiation to achieve excellence #DISTRIBUTION2026 The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
