Who You Are: Proven experience in Business Development within fintech 3+ years, in payments , banking or related from 5 years Strong expertise in payment acquiring, merchant accounts, banking, APM's Demonstrated experience building partnerships and launching payment channels across the APAC region Good understanding of the AI market and the ability to identify commercial opportunities within the ecosystem Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment with the ability to manage ambiguity and move quickly Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on, and can-do attitude Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
