What You Will Need With 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Client Services within a digital agency, software consultancy, or tech-driven environment (Fresh Graduates are also welcome). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Solid technical background or strong digital literacy, with a demonstrated ability to rapidly understand new technologies, software architectures, and modern AI tools. Proven ability to present technical concepts clearly, conduct live solution/mockup demos, and consult effectively with diverse client personalities. Fluency in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
