Your current skillset:
Strong software engineering skills, preferably in Python
Experience building internal tools, APIs, automation, or web applications
Experience with AI-assisted and agentic software development tools
Familiarity with cloud environments, containers, deployment workflows, and CI/CD
Ability to debug technical issues across several layers of a system
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Pragmatic approach to problem solving, with a focus on useful outcomes
Strong user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user workflows, constraints, and pain points in depth
Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar tools, systems, and domains
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, credibility, and strong working relationships with researchers
