What We Look For In You:
Min 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on crypto trading platforms, derivatives, blockchain/digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
Domain expert on derivatives products (perpetuals/futures/options), including margining, order workflows, and market microstructure.•Proven track record leading large-scale trading platform transformations across Web and App (e.g., unified account models, cross-margin, or multi-product trading experiences).
Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks, including funding rates, index/mark price methodology, price limits, tick sizes, leverage/position tiers, and fee strategy.
Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering closely with compliance/legal teams; familiarity with Singapore, EU (MiCA) and other major jurisdictions is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers and vendor partners; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical fluency in exchange systems and blockchain technology; familiarity with smart contracts and token economics is a plus.•
