Requirements (Compulsory)
Skills and Experience
Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant engineering or construction experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of structural engineering principles and an interest in façade engineering and building design.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with engineering software.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements (Preferred)
Previous internship or project experience related to façade, structural or building engineering would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis software (e.g. Strand7, SAP2000).
Familiarity with structural engineering and engineering calculations.
Knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations and submission requirements would be an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
