WHAT’S REQUIRED
3+ years of experience managing calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and daily logistics for professionals or teams
Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Proficiency with office productivity tools, including email, calendar, spreadsheet, document, and presentation applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items
Ability to exercise sound judgment, protect sensitive information, and respond appropriately to confidential matters
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across functions, seniority levels, and external contacts
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Ability to support stakeholders across time zones while maintaining responsiveness and high-quality execution
