- 落实合规政策、风险管理及相关培训。
職位要求
- 具备相关学科大学学位；相关专业资格为优选。
- 有保险销售经验。
- 具备良好沟通、人际交往及分析能力，能承压并主动达成目标。
- 须熟练掌握英语、粤语及普通话。

Requirements: University degree in a related discipline and preferably with relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP Proven experience in insurance sales Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Advocate of openness, able to create a cohesive teamwork and inspire others High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
