工作內容
- 通过业务拓展深化客户关系并提升收入。
- 协商和设计信贷额度，及时准备新申请及审查信贷提案。
- 评估客户融资申请、监控信贷风险并维护贷款资产质量。
- 拓展客户基础、管理运营风险并销售非贷款银行产品。
職位要求
- 具备商业管理、银行、金融相关大学学位或其他相关资格。
- 拥有银行业信贷及客户关系管理经验，具备扎实的信贷分析能力。
- 熟悉商业银行产品；HKSI及IIQE牌照和相关监管活动资格为强烈期望。
- 具备影响、沟通及带领变革的能力，并能熟练使用英语和中文。

Requirements University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, related discipline or other relevant qualifications; Proven experience in credit and customer relationship management in banking sector License holder of securities (HKSI) and insurance (IIQE) and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Insurance Ordinance strongly desired; Sound credit analytical skills and profound knowledge in various commercial banking products Strong growth mind set, ability to lead change and strategic transformation, overcome challenges, create new and innovative solutions and work in an agile environment. Open to change with ability to influence, engage and lead positively and in an inspiring manner Proficiency in both English and Chinese High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
