工作內容
- 协助客户经理提供客户服务，维持客户联系并回应来电。
- 主动满足客户零售银行需求，提升客户满意度和关系质量。
- 发掘业务转介机会，支持客户经理拓展业务组合。
- 处理日常行政及运营支持，并与客户经理保持协作。
職位要求
- 具备至少2年银行或金融服务工作经验。
- 通过香港证券及投资学会第1、7、8类资格考试，并符合相关受规管活动胜任要求。
- 具备销售及客户服务意识、沟通能力，并能承受工作压力。
- 熟悉银行产品、市场趋势、产品知识及产品发展。

Qualifications University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualification is preferable Minimum 2 years of work experience in banking/financial services work experience. Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage Good understanding of banking products market trend, product knowledge, and product development High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations 1,7,8 and fulfil the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Regulator More experience candidate, passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations I, II, III & Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations 1,7,8 will be considered as Relationship Support Officer II RBW The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
