A higher certificate or high diploma holder with minimum total relevant experience of 5 years, or degree holder with minimum total relevant experience of 2 years. Be adaptable and able to work independently. Ability to coordinate with other parties in the construction site environment. Experience and awareness in contractual issues in construction, and Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
