- 具备带领、辅导和发展保险销售团队的经验，并熟悉保险产品及监管控制要求。
- 通过香港证券学会执业资格考试及保险中介人资格考试。

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in business, finance, insurance or a related discipline, such as CFA, CFP or CFMP Extensive experience in insurance sales, branch banking or retail distribution, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Proven experience leading, coaching and developing insurance sales specialists and branch sales teams. Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, customer needs and relevant regulatory and control requirements. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and improve channel efficiency Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and business areas. A strong focus on customer experience, sales quality and responsible selling. Passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
