工作內容
- 执行前期和后期工料测量工作
- 编制造价资料和价格指数库
- 管理顾问及进行技术审计
- 维护测量标准文件和软件支持
職位要求
- 持有工料测量或建筑学文凭/高级文凭或同等学历
- 中文和英文须达HKDSEE/HKCEE二级或以上
- 须通过Basic Law and National Security Law Test
- 截至申请截止日须已满足学历和语言要求
- Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

Candidates should have – (a) obtained a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/ the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), or equivalent; (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes (A) and (B)]; and (c) a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [See Note (C)].
