職位要求

  • 相关专业学士学位
  • LEED AP/WELL AP优先
  • 具备可持续设计建模软件经验更佳
  • 需能在大湾区及香港出差

Degree in Built Environment / Energy Engineering /Environmental Engineering /Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering;
Knowledge of carbon management, carbon audit and ESG is preferred;
LEED AP / WELL AP with 5 years working experiences;
5-year relevant experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest, IES, Ecotect, Fluent, DiaLux, etc);
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is necessary; and proficient in Cantonese;
Self-motivated and hardworking;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer, candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate.
