  • 具备后特许经验和团队管理经验
  • 有基础设施、楼宇及大型HK/China项目经验
  • 熟悉香港建造法规及政府/准政府递交程序

Degree and post graduate degree in mechanical, electrical and/or building services engineering
Professional membership to one or more of the following: MHKIE, MIMechE, MIET, MCIBSE
Proven post-chartered experience including experience in managing a team
Experience in infrastructure and building projects
Proven technical design capabilities in MEP division
Track record of delivering large scale HK/China assignments
Excellent understanding of HK construction regulation and legislation
Experience in design, construction supervision and project management and familiar with the government submission procedures and quasi-government submission procedures (MTRC, Airport Authority)
Proficient in Cantonese & English, Mandarin will be an advantage.
Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Ability to prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and clients.
Work effectively across a diverse multicultural multilingual community
Interactive client presentations, commercial road shows, speaking at conferences and events to promote Egis’s services
