Education and Training
Degree in a related field: Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, etc.
Experience in editorial writing and research.
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and Creative Suite software.
Experience
5+ years’ experience in a similar role, within the Architecture, Interior Design or related industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Asia media landscape.
Expert on regional social media channels – both Global: Instagram, Linkedin etc. and Chinese: WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED / Little Red Book), Douyin, etc.
A strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You’re proactive, collaborative, and nimble.
You keep up to date with trends/industry developments and can translate them into opportunities for 10 Design.
In-depth knowledge of demand generation marketing with experience leading digital marketing, performance marketing, media planning, product marketing, PR, and campaigns teams (high growth/quality revenue generating pipeline).
Good graphic eye.
Fluent written and spoken English required; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
AI-proficient, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing campaigns, content creation, graphics, social media engagement, and operational efficiency.
