Requirements Proven experience coordinating product launches or onboarding across multiple channels, covering requirements capture, documentation, approvals, implementation, launch readiness and post-launch follow-up. Product governance, due diligence & control mindset Working knowledge of product due diligence and governance processes (e.g., suitability considerations, operational/ legal/ compliance inputs, approvals, issue tracking) with the discipline to escalate risks and exceptions quickly and clearly Strong project coordination & stakeholder management Ability to drive day-to-day delivery with multiple stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operation, Tech, Distribution channels) using structured plans, logs, minutes/actions, and tight deadline management MI, monitoring & periodic review support Experience producing monitoring packs as management information: performance and flows, risk indicators, client outcomes, issues/incidents, and action tracking Commercialization & channel readiness enablement Capability to prepare and coordinate go-to-market essentials: sales collateral, training sessions, FAQs/ talking points, operational readiness checks, and managing early-life support and post-launch issues University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
