Skills that help you excel in the role:
Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
Chartered Quantity Surveyor with HKIS, RICS, or equivalent professional qualification.
3-5 years' experience in quantity surveying, cost consultancy, project management consultancy, or construction project delivery.
Strong experience in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for commercial fit-out / office refurbishment / retail projects.
Sound commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Experience in commercial real estate projects will be highly regarded.
