Requirements:
Previous experience in field sales.
Proven success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation environments.
Experience working with brokers, agents, distributors, referral networks, or channel partners is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop business relationships quickly.
High resilience, self-motivation, and comfort operating in a target-driven environment.
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships while maintaining attention to detail.
