- 熟悉NIST CSF、COBIT、ITIL，CISA/CISSP/CRISC/CCSP更佳
- 具备强 stakeholder 管理和问题整改能力

To be successful you will need: 15+ years’ technology risk/audit/security/compliance experience in financial services, with direct line management of risk and control team. Strong IT control expertise (ITGCs plus cyber/technology controls) Framework fluency (NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL) and ability to map requirements across them and active certifications advantageous (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSP) Proven problem-solving and pragmatic remediation delivery to improve control effectiveness and risk posture Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders and control owners.
