工作內容
- 接听电话、电邮等公众查询与投诉
- 按排班在周六至周二工作七小时
- 在恶劣天气下按安排上班
- 可短时间内上岗并可能调派至指定办公室
職位要求
- HKDSEE或HKCEE五科达Level 2或以上，须包括中英文
- 英语和粤语流利
- 熟悉电脑应用及中文输入
- Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
