Requirements 4+ years of experience in equity research, asset management, hedge fund, investment banking, or related buy-side/sell-side role with Japan exposure Strong research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity Undergraduate degree required preferably with a specialization in finance, commerce, or business administration Language capability: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required. Native proficiency in Japanese is preferred Ability to work independently and with a minimum amount of supervision, demonstrating a high degree of initiative, judgement, and professionalism Team player with demonstrated capability of working closely with team members and various internal and external parties
