What We Look For In You
Experience delivering HR transformation, HR technology, digital transformation, or enterprise systems programs in a Manager or Senior Manager capacity.
Strong hands-on project / program management and PMO experience, particularly across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Good understanding of HR systems, processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
Comfortable partnering with technical teams.
Strong process improvement mindset with experience in workflow automation, digitalization or AI-enabled transformation.
Experience with system governance, access management, controls, or data privacy is highly desirable.
Able to operate with a high degree of ownership, push initiatives forward, challenge stakeholders constructively and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
