Education and Training
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science or above awarded by a tertiary institution in any part of the world or equivalent;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook);
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience
At least eight (8) years’ of post qualification experience in the field of systems engineering;
Sound knowledge on CNS/ATM systems engineering and safety assurance standards;
Personal Qualities
An ambitious personality, capable of achieving;
Excellent planning and project management skills;
Strong influencing and negotiating skills;
Excellent leadership and management skills - able to motivate and enthuse, excellent communication, team worker, consensus builder and effective meeting chair;
Ability to identify and analyse complex issues and suggest and implement solutions;
Ability to maintain cooperative and effective working relationship.
