To be successful you will need:
8+ years of experience in venture lending, leveraged finance, investment banking, venture capital/private equity, in-house corporate development, or similar roles.
Strong corporate finance technical foundation with a proven deal track record across debt and/or equity transactions.
Demonstrated sector expertise in Greater China Technology or Healthcare. Experience working with institutionally backed venture- and growth-stage companies is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. People management experience is strongly preferred, with the ability to coach and develop junior team members.
Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
Familiarity with LMA/APLMA legal documentation is an advantage, but not required.
