Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth within real estate, consulting, project management, or professional services environments.
Experience leading strategic pursuits, bids, proposals, and complex client engagements.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior client and executive-level stakeholders.
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams across multiple markets and geographies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of converting opportunities into business growth.
Experience within one or more of the following sectors is advantageous: Financial & Professional Services, Retail, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Infrastructure & Energy, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Industrial & Logistics, or Government.
