- 独立处理按揭申请文件并提交审批
- 维护与地产代理及律师事务所关系

- 有按揭贷款业务经验者优先
- 具销售与服务意识及沟通能力
- 能承压并可在周日和公众假期工作
- 中英文流利，普通话更佳

Requirements Proven experience in mortgage lending business with good contacts at property agencies / developers and solicitors' firms Fresh graduates would be considered for Direct Mortgage Officer grade. Strong service and sales orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays Proficiency in both English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua an advantage Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customer Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
