Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost management within construction projects. Candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, change management, and final account settlement.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and building services installations.
MEP quantity surveying experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CostX or equivalent cost management software is an advantage.
Experience leading project commercial activities and mentoring junior team members would be advantageous for senior-level applicants.
Candidates will be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, or Senior Quantity Surveyor positions based on their qualifications and experience.
