To be successful you will need: Knowledge of the industry and exposure to financial clients Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience Preferably knowledge of HSBC Group and products coupled with a strong network of contacts across business areas Language skills: Mandarin a must as well as Cantonese and fluency in English Advanced understanding of risk management, risk mitigation and Client Due Diligence risks Excellent team player with a proactive approach and strong interpersonal, sales and communication skills Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges and able to work under pressure The ability to form effective relationships and exercise influence at the most senior level of the organization, both internally and externally A strong understanding of risk management and risk mitigation Uphold the highest level of integrity and act as a role model for all HSBC values and business principles Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards Opening up a world of opportunity: www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
