- 本科，商科、分析、数据科学或相关专业，硕士优先
- 有业务分析经验，且至少1年管理/带领经验
- 有直接面对C-suite或Managing Director的经验
- 熟练使用SQL、R、Python及Excel/Power BI/Tableau

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience working directly with senior stakeholders (C-suite executives, Managing Director level). Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms.e.g., Power BI, Tableau. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity.
