Required
Demonstrated success in consultative business-to-business sales and profitable business growth, including personally winning and expanding customer relationships.
Experience doing business across APAC and working effectively across cultures and borders.
Practical knowledge of cargo security, logistics and supply-chain visibility, with the ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions.
Financial management capability, including P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting and pricing.
Ability to work independently, lead implementation, build and develop teams, and influence a matrix network without relying on direct authority.
Strong listening, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Clear written and spoken English for customer engagement and cross-border collaboration; confident public speaking and presentation skills.
Proficiency with business productivity tools and commercial reporting.
Willingness to travel across APAC and internationally as business needs require.
Preferred
Experience launching or scaling a regional business.
Hands-on familiarity with tracking device logistics, supplier onboarding and cross-border regulatory coordination.
A relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
Experience with CRM systems, Power BI or SharePoint is an advantage.
