Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of contract forms and types and cost management Proven experience in Principal Delivery - design & build, fit-out construction commercial management, ideally in Hong Kong’s building sector Leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and financial analysis tools Understanding of procurement processes, claims handling, and value engineering Typical Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Professional credentials such as MCIOB or MRICS are preferred 10 years’ relevant experience in construction industry in Hong Kong
