What you'll need 5+ years of experience in operations with frequent use of analytics or data. Relevant experience in a high growth start-up environment or online marketplace / platform preferred but not a must. 2+ years of experience managing a team. Strong business acumen and ability to make tradeoff with clear business objectives in mind.
