Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 8 years’ relevant construction or site experience, with at least 1 year in data centre or other mission‑critical facilities.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary site teams.
Proven ability to identify site issues, ensure installation quality, and supervise contractors effectively.
Strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site.
Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑availability construction environment.
