About you Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field, preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media sales. Creative and adept problem solver with a track record of understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions. Strong grasp of the Digital & Mobile marketing industry. Exceptional written, verbal communication, and sales skills in both Chinese and English. Proven negotiation skills with a successful sales track record. Strong interpersonal skills, proactive initiative, and follow-through. Extensive local network and relationships with advertisers and media agencies. Ability to translate complex technology processes into practical solutions that meet business requirements. Proficiency in handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
