  • 至少3年相关资格后经验
  • 中文和英文达到HKCEE/HKDSEE二级或以上
  • 持有Green Card

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Works Supervisor (Building) shall be as follows:
A Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic
university/polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent;
At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience;
Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Eduction Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent;
Obtained the Certificate of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card);
Employment will be on a contract basis. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
