Qualifications At least a Bachelor or equivalent in Economic, Business, Engineering or Finance. 4-7 years of relevant work experience. Those with less experience may be considered for a more junior position Prior experience in insurance companies, asset management firms, operational roles within financial services, and/or as a management consultant serving these sectors. Demonstrated relevant experience in operational improvement projects such as claims processing, policy administration, fund operations, investment operations, operational transformation, and related topics. Fluency in English is a must. Business proficiency of Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be highly advantageous
