- 审视销售流程，提升渠道效率和客户体验。

- 落实风险控制、集团合规政策和内部控制要求。
職位要求
- 具备商业管理大学学位或其他相关资格。
- 有零售银行经验，并熟悉保险产品。
- 具备关系建立、利益相关方管理、领导辅导及沟通谈判能力。
- 证券及保险中介人资格考试通过记录，以及 CFP、CFMP、QRA、CFA 等资格为优势。

Requirements University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification. Proven experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of insurance products Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and coaching abilities Good presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination and attains relevant professional qualifications such as CFP/CFMP/QRA/CFA an advantage Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
